Business internet

Fibre plus cellular and Starlink failover — armed before staff notice an outage.

Business internet

Yards and offices. Fibre plus cellular and Starlink failover — armed before staff notice, with runbooks on the wall.

Business internet from GMTS is never-down WAN for yards, marina offices and depots: fibre as primary, cellular and optional Starlink as independent failover, tested with a runbook on the wall. We do not sell “cloud migration” or a data-centre build-out.

What we supply

  • Fibre plus Peplink failover to cellular and optional Starlink
  • Armed tests so staff see what happens when the primary dies
  • Guest versus ops segmentation at the edge
  • Escalation to Hobsonville engineers who specified the site

Who it is for

  • Marine yards and workshops that stop when the link dies
  • Marina offices with guest Wi‑Fi and staff apps on one WAN
  • Remote depots where fibre is fragile or single-homed

How we deliver

  1. Which apps are critical, then the circuits and cellular you already have.
  2. Failover and addressing designed so staff see one network, not a drawer of modem lights.
  3. We fail the primary on purpose and write the runbook while we are still on site.
  4. Handover is who to call and the InControl view, not a packing list.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you replace our ISP?

We often sit in front of existing fibre and add failover. Changing the primary circuit is optional.

Is Starlink required?

Only where cellular is weak or the site is remote. Many yards are fibre plus LTE.

Can you cover multiple buildings on one site?

Yes — that usually becomes a managed LAN brief as well.

Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?

InControl2 and WAN alerts are part of serious sites. We do not sell a generic NOC slide.
