Common questions

Is this a helpdesk subscription?

No. We design, deploy and document. Ongoing monitoring is scoped; we do not pretend to be a 50-seat service desk.

Do you support Microsoft Teams?

We QoS and fail over the WAN so Teams survives the fibre cut. We do not run your M365 tenant.

UniFi only?

UniFi is common on our sites. Peplink LAN is used where the WAN and LAN should stay one vendor.

Can a dealer maintain the site?

Yes — with GMTS notes and escalation behind them.
