Apply for kits, maritime activation or Priority airtime. We review route or site, kit class and companion WAN before provisioning — because Starlink without a network plan is how installs underperform and support queues fill with “it was fine at the dock” tickets.
Dealers should note
- Customer and vessel/site context
- Preferred kit class and mount constraints
- Whether cellular companion WAN is ready

Kit before airtime
We prefer to know mount constraints and companion WAN before locking airtime class. Priority is not always required; Roam is not always enough. The application is where we capture that context so provisioning matches the install.
Need design first?
If you are still choosing kit class or companion WAN, read Starlink options or talk to GMTS before submitting — a five-minute brief often saves a wrong airtime class.
