How we deliver
- Sky view, route and the WAN already on board. Maritime kit and Priority airtime are specified from Hobsonville against that, not a consumer dish on a rail.
- Cable loss, mount and companion cellular are part of the same brief so Starlink is one path in a Peplink WAN, not a third “internet”.
- We weatherproof the install (usually a clean yard day) and put the dish on the ops segment with guest Wi-Fi behind it.
- Handover is a labelled diagram, a one-pager for the LEDs, and the Connect airtime record.

Common questions
Starlink or VSAT first?
Most new builds lead with maritime Starlink for bandwidth. Iridium or VSAT stay where regulation, polar coverage or a safety workflow requires them.
How does Starlink compare with Fleet Broadband?
LEO Starlink is the high-bandwidth, lower-latency path for welfare and ops. Fleet Broadband and similar L-band services remain slower, higher-latency backups — we document when they still earn a place.
Does weather stop Starlink?
Heavy rain can reduce throughput. We design companion cellular (and Iridium where needed) so harbour or weather events are not a single point of failure.
How long does a marine install take?
A straightforward Starlink mount, cable run and Peplink handoff is typically one yard day. Full WAN + LAN + AV stacks take longer and are scoped separately.
Do you sell airtime?
Yes — current Starlink maritime, Priority and Global classes through GMTS, with plan-change paths when routes change. We do not quote stale Mbps on the website; we match the live plan class to your duty cycle.
Will it work with our existing network?
Yes. Peplink at the edge is how we join Starlink to guest Wi-Fi, ops VLANs and cellular without three competing “internets”.
