PrimeCare is Peplink vendor care for the licence term — not a separate GMTS “3-year warranty” SKU. It covers:

• Extended hardware warranty, firmware/software updates, and technical support
• InControl 2 cloud management
• SpeedFusion Connect (SFC, formerly SpeedFusion Cloud): Peplink-hosted SpeedFusion endpoints so you can bond, smooth, or hot-failover WANs without a second Peplink at the far end

Active PrimeCare includes an SFC usage allowance. The quota depends on the router tier. After that allowance, SFC keeps running at a reduced speed unless you add extra SFC capacity. Hardware-only quotes keep the year in the box and do not add a care or SFC line.

EssentialCare+ is Peplink vendor care for the licence term: extended hardware warranty with advance replacement, firmware/software updates, and 24×7 ticket support. Where this product supports it, the care plan also includes a SpeedFusion Connect (SFC) usage allowance.
