PrimeCare licence

Details about this licence

On by default — 2 extra years of PrimeCare extended warranty, software & support on top of the year in the box (3 years cover in total). Untick for hardware only.

PrimeCare is Peplink vendor care for the licence term — not a separate GMTS “3-year warranty” SKU. It covers:

  • Extended hardware warranty, firmware/software updates, and technical support
  • InControl 2 cloud management
  • SpeedFusion Connect (SFC, formerly SpeedFusion Cloud): Peplink-hosted SpeedFusion endpoints so you can bond, smooth, or hot-failover WANs without a second Peplink at the far end

Active PrimeCare includes an SFC usage allowance. The quota depends on the router tier. After that allowance, SFC keeps running at a reduced speed unless you add extra SFC capacity. Hardware-only quotes keep the year in the box and do not add a care or SFC line.

BR1 Mini 5G with no Wi-Fi radio — telemetry, cameras, and plant cabinets where wireless is unwanted. Request a quote.

There is a class of install where Wi-Fi is a liability: pump stations, switchboard cabinets, container yards, camera poles. This Mini 5G has no Wi-Fi radio at all — a 5G uplink for Ethernet devices in a fanless metal case.

Description

  • Peplink MAX BR1 Mini 5G without Wi-Fi (MAX-BR1-MINI-5GN-T-M-PRM).
  • Optional second Ethernet WAN is a PrimeCare / feature-pack function, not a hardware switch.

Wi-Fi

  • No Wi-Fi radio, no GPS.

Modem

  • 1× 5G modem. Two nano-SIM slots plus eSIM. RemoteSIM / FusionSIM on HW2+.

Speeds

  • Up to 300 Mbps router throughput on the Mini family (Peplink).
  • Cellular peak rates stay on the datasheet.

In the box

  • Router, four LTE/5G antennas (ACW-235), 12 V 2 A 4-pin supply (ACW-632).
