Emergency response

Day-0 deployable comms for civil defence, SAR and event medical.

Emergency response

Land, not vessel. Day-0 kits for civil defence, SAR and event medical — pre-provisioned before they leave Hobsonville.

Emergency connectivity from GMTS is a case that works the first time it is opened. Peplink, Starlink and SIMs are pre-provisioned in Hobsonville, with laminated runbooks — not a pile of cartons for volunteers to invent a network at 02:00.

What we supply

  • Pre-provisioned routers, SIMs and optional Starlink in deployable cases
  • Antenna and power notes for vehicles, tents and incident rooms
  • Laminated runbooks and GMTS escalation for large activations
  • Optional cameras or guest Wi‑Fi when the incident site needs them

Who it is for

  • Civil defence, SAR and event medical teams
  • Agencies that need Day-0 comms without a week of commissioning

How we deliver

  1. Brief the incident types and who opens the case
  2. Build and test the kit in Hobsonville
  3. Train the operators who will deploy it
  4. Stand by for escalation when a large activation lands

FAQ

Common questions

How fast can a kit deploy?

A trained operator should be on the air in minutes, not hours. That is why we pre-provision and test before the case leaves our workshop.

Do you staff the incident?

We supply and support the comms. On-site GMTS engineers are scoped for large activations, not assumed on every kit.

Can the same kit do events?

Often yes — event medical and temporary sites share the Day-0 pattern. Sustained broadcast uplink lives under Broadcasting.

What about cameras on scene?

Optional. We will not bolt cameras onto a SAR brief unless you ask.
