This A+T vertical carbon wand is 1400 mm long and carries the A+T 500 series high performance wind sensor. The sensor is individually calibrated to 0.2 degrees, uses fully ceramic bearings and a fast response carbon vane, and has a conductive graphite loaded body to reduce the chance of lightning or static damage.
A+T makes vertical wands in 800, 1100, 1400 and 1800 mm lengths to inshore and offshore specifications, in analogue (B&G 213 compatible) and digital versions. Wands are built to order, typically about 2 weeks. Specify the output type and mast cable when ordering; a vertical test cable (ATVMUTC) is recommended.
