On by default — 2 extra years of PrimeCare extended warranty, software & support on top of the year in the box (3 years cover in total). Untick for hardware only.

PrimeCare is Peplink vendor care for the licence term — not a separate GMTS “3-year warranty” SKU. It covers:

  • Extended hardware warranty, firmware/software updates, and technical support
  • InControl 2 cloud management
  • SpeedFusion Connect (SFC, formerly SpeedFusion Cloud): Peplink-hosted SpeedFusion endpoints so you can bond, smooth, or hot-failover WANs without a second Peplink at the far end

Active PrimeCare includes an SFC usage allowance. The quota depends on the router tier. After that allowance, SFC keeps running at a reduced speed unless you add extra SFC capacity. Hardware-only quotes keep the year in the box and do not add a care or SFC line.

Same Transit Duo Pro chassis as the Cat-12 SKU, with two Cat-7 LTE modems. Dual cellular, Wi-Fi 6, and wide DC input for vehicles that do not need Cat-12 radios.

Modem

  • 2× embedded LTE Cat-7 modems with redundant SIM slots.
  • 4× SMA cellular plus 1× SMA GPS. eSIM / RemoteSIM / FusionSIM as on the Duo Pro family.

Speeds

  • Router throughput 1 Gbps. SpeedFusion 400 / 200 Mbps.
  • Cellular max theoretical: Cat-7 300 Mbps down / 150 Mbps up per modem. Peak radio rates are not a site guarantee.

Power

  • 12–56 V DC plus two USB-C power inputs. 10 W nominal, 18 W max.
