On by default — 2 extra years of PrimeCare extended warranty, software & support on top of the year in the box (3 years cover in total). Untick for hardware only.

PrimeCare is Peplink vendor care for the licence term — not a separate GMTS “3-year warranty” SKU. It covers:

  • Extended hardware warranty, firmware/software updates, and technical support
  • InControl 2 cloud management
  • SpeedFusion Connect (SFC, formerly SpeedFusion Cloud): Peplink-hosted SpeedFusion endpoints so you can bond, smooth, or hot-failover WANs without a second Peplink at the far end

Active PrimeCare includes an SFC usage allowance. The quota depends on the router tier. After that allowance, SFC keeps running at a reduced speed unless you add extra SFC capacity. Hardware-only quotes keep the year in the box and do not add a care or SFC line.

BR1 Pro LTEA shares the Pro chassis (ignition sensing, Wi-Fi, Ethernet WAN) with an LTE Advanced modem instead of 5G. Do not copy 5G peak rates onto this SKU — radio class and throughput stay on the BR1 Pro datasheet for this code.
