Technical Sales Support Specialist

Auckland, New Zealand • Hybrid

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team in Auckland. You’ll be the vital link between our Sales and Finance teams, ensuring seamless pre & post-sales operations while maintaining strong customer relationships. This is perfect for someone who thrives on both technical accuracy and customer interaction.

This role is hybrid so can work part-time from home/on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct customer account management and sales support
  • Monitoring customer subscriptions and usage patterns
  • Managing invoice reconciliation and billing processes
  • Coordinating between Sales, Accounting, and Customer Success teams
  • Processing account modifications and renewals
  • Providing data-driven insights on customer accounts

You’ll Work With:

  • Xero accounting software
  • In-house CRM/CSM platforms
  • Cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success

Requirements:

  • Must be a NZ Resident or Citizen
  • Strong attention to detail and process management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in Auckland (or willing to relocate/commute)
